The answer is and always will be women. Women run the world, and the pictures prove this point. Three very famous women which were not just random people entertaining the kings or rulers. Femininity is interpreted differently. Femininity is a broad concept and limiting it to short dictionary-type entries would be too much of a deviation and an abandonment of its true essence of the Femininity with all its complexity is a true art "structure".
