Kent, UK – 29–30 November 2025 – Creative Women Kent, founded by Izabela Majda, will host the conference Don’t Compare Yourself to Others.  Be Yourself!  This two-day event is part of the international campaign Don’t Hate – Motivate, which has already reached thousands in Poland.  Izabela Majda, also the founder of Atelier Rozwoju, believes true success is not measured by titles or possessions but by authenticity and positive impact.  Her work focuses on helping people at turning points in life and creating safe spaces for growth.  She is also the initiator of Polish Women Who Inspire – Dare to Act and co-author of Sisterhood—the Foundation of Solidarity and Support.
About Creative Women Kent.  After moving to the UK, Izabela saw both the resilience and the struggles of Polish women abroad.  This inspired her to launch Creative Women Kent, a community that supports women in finding their potential, overcoming isolation, and building connections. “Every woman carries something unique,” says Majda.”Sometimes we need help to discover it.” The group aims to build bridges—between women, generations, and cultures.  The Conference.  The Kent conference will bring the Don’t Hate – Motivate campaign to Kent for the first time.
Lectures, workshops, and inspiring talks, as well as a symbolic photo session with campaign Ambassadors—a manifesto of strength and authenticity will take place within two days of the event. Among the speakers is Ilona Adamska, creator of the Don’t Hate – Motivate campaign and President of the In Harmony with Yourself Foundation.  She will share her personal story of turning challenges into growth.  The event is open to women, men, teenagers, and families.  Issues such as hate, comparison, and self-acceptance affect every generation.  Why Now. “For me, bringing Don’t Hate – Motivate to the Kent is about giving Poles abroad a shared voice,” says Majda. “We want to show that we can replace hate with dialogue and create something good together.”
