Magdalena Pokrzywa designer, stylist, seamstress, and owner of the clothing brand @Maggiessewingbox graduated from a fashion school with a degree in Clothing Technology in Krakow.

Magdalena comes from Poland but at the age of 21 she decided to move to the UK where she continues to develop her skills and personal growth.
The time and opportunity brought her to a place where she can finally showcase her collections on a large scale.
‘On February 18, 2024, in Plymouth, UK, my first professional fashion show will take place, featuring music and lights to showcase my stylings and visualizations of new trends. I will be joined by two other designers to excite the audience. I want to show that you can dress nicely no matter who you are or what industry you work in. I will be presenting everyday, elegant office, and evening wear.’
‘I remember when Toby Gorniak said “we were doing a fashion show and you would be the main designer”. It was in November, and I felt the adrenaline and an incredible opportunity to fulfill my big dream of a fashion show. And I am very excited that it is happening.
The preparations for the event took me 8 weeks from ordering materials, designs, to sewing everything. It is a big dream coming true. If you would like to join me, I would be very happy to meet you’.
